Shipping Methods

Door-to-Door Delivery:

For orders under 20–25 kg (depending on the destination), delivery is made directly to your door

Air Freight for Heavier Orders:

For carpets above this weight, shipping will be done through air freight

Customers will need to collect their carpets from the destination airport

There is no weight limit for air freight shipments

Delivery Time

Your order will typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on your country

Taxes & Duties

You will not be charged any taxes for shipments leaving Iran

Local customs duties may apply depending on your country’s import rules

However, in many cases, carpets from Iran are classified as gifts and enter without tax

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment

We also track all shipments daily to ensure smooth delivery

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the high cost and one-way nature of international shipping, we do not offer returns or exchanges

To ensure your satisfaction, we provide detailed photos and videos of your carpet before shipping

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured against loss

In the rare event that a carpet is lost, we will refund the full purchase price + shipping insurance
